The 2024 Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Summit was held in Beijing from September 4th to 6th.

Conteh Aminata Kera, a representative from Sierra Leone, shared her insights on the deepening relationship between China and Sierra Leone during the event. She highlighted the growing presence of Chinese companies in Sierra Leone and the broad scope of cooperation between the two nations. Kera expressed optimism about China's ongoing openness and development, stating, "The direction China is moving is actually the right direction. They continue to open up and strengthen their relationship with Africa, and Sierra Leone specifically, which is a very good move for the Chinese government."
